Custom Order Restrictions & Liability
In the commission of hiring Represent Your Style, Inc. to produce a one-of-a-kind custom artwork order, the customer assumes all liability for design choices, color selections, and manufacturing instructions. We provide each custom order with a graphic design representation prior to manufacturing, including detail choices for review, and for future ordering reference. The customer assumes total liability for any/all instructions given in the commission and production of their custom artwork, including but not limited to supplied/chosen logos, symbols, or slogans of any company, club, or team. Any authorizations or renumerations for above design features shall be borne by the customer if necessary. The customer acknowledges that the nature of laser technology means that each order will be unique, and will be slightly different. All custom orders are final. Custom orders cannot be altered, returned, refunded, or exchanged once manufactured. All items are inspected for quality before packaging. All items are insulated with multiple layers before shipping. All customers are provided with a tracking number for convenience. All orders are insurred against loss, damage, misdelivery, or theft while in the custody of the United States Postal Service (www.usps.com). Insurance claims are filed and resolved with USPS. Canadian shipping is available for an increased fee. The customer agrees that Represent Your Style, Inc. is not responsible for any liability of the above described activity, and waives any/all future arbitration or mediation proceedings in favor of Represent Your Style, Inc.
