THE NINE STEP PROCESS :
STEP #1 - American Raw Materials
We continually seek out the very highest quality production materials. All of our materials and adhesives are made in America and ordered from American suppliers. We ship these materials from 10 different companies across the country to our manufacturing facility, where they are processed. It costs us more to stand for this America First principle, but it is something that we sincerely believe in, and a company policy that we have adhered to since day number one. Despite this challenge, we still offer the HIGHEST QUALITY and the LOWEST PRICES in our product categories. We will beat any price.

WE USE 100% LASER CUT/INLAID MIRROR AND ACRYLIC. NO STICKERS, PAINT, OR VINYL INVOLVED. 100% WEATHER PROOF, SUN PROOF, SNOW PROOF, & SALT PROOF. Our products DO NOT fade or change colors, like the cheap imitators described above. We do not cut corners, in materials or in labor, to bring you the very best possible products.
STEP #2 - Laser Beam Cutting
We use an American made, industrial grade, high temperature laser beam cutting system with a titanium housing to machine our raw materials into pieces and designs that can be fused together, to manufacture our product line of automotive accessories and home decor. The laser beam system cuts material at over 1500 degrees Fahrenheit, and it's precision components must be maintained and replaced periodically.
STEP #3 - Epoxy Adhesive Backing Bonding
We use a combination of liquid epoxy gel, all weather spray adhesive, and 3M industrial grade double sided adhesive to manufacture our products. We use only premium, trusted, American brands. This ensures a long lasting, quality product that people will notice and compliment you on for years, that can stand up to any type of weather or climate. Unlike our corporate competition, which mass produces their products, our products are made one at a time, with an attention towards quality, by people who have one themselves.
STEP #4 - Hand Assembly
The layered composite nature of our product designs, and our goal of lasting quality, make hand assembly of EVERY piece mandatory. This means that EVERY single puzzle piece that makes up each product was hand glued into a hole that was precision cut for that piece. There is no way around this detail oriented, labor intensive aspect to our manufacturing process. If corners are cut, it will show in the final product, and in the length of time the product will last. Other companies' products will last months. Our products will last years.
If anything is worth doing, it's worth doing well.
STEP #5 - Removal Of Heat Resistant Protective Shielding
All of our mirror and acrylic material components must be laser cut with a protective layer attached to them. This intermediary layer prevents the material from catching on fire and/or melting under the intense heat of the laser beam cutting system. After the cutting and assembly phases, this protective layer must be peeled off and removed by hand.
STEP 6 - Wax Application & Micro-Fiber Polishing
We coat every product in top shelf spray wax, to prepare it for the rigors of highway travel. We also buff them to a high shine before packaging, so that when the person who receives this gift opens it, they will be blown away by the quality and shine. All acrylic products are car wash safe, and wax safe.
STEP 7 - Poly Bag Retail Packaging
We have polyurethane sleeves specially produced by an American company to protect the products and to provide high quality in our retail displays. We order them in large quantities to bring the price down to the lowest possible level, which translates directly into lower prices and customer savings.
STEP 8 - Multi-Layer Packaging For Shipping
We plan for the incompetence of others. All orders are packaged for abuse and stupidity, and are insured against loss, damage, misdelivery, or theft. We ship hundreds of orders each year, and through our preventative measures, we only have one or two damaged products annually. Our philosophy has always been that an ounce of prevention now, is worth a ton of cure later. It is always better, and cheaper, to just do it right the first time.
STEP 9 - Postal Labels, Tracking Numbers, & Parcel Drop Offs
After packaging, we print your shipping label, affix it to your parcel, send you a notification containing your parcel tracking number, and drive your orders to an authorized USPS shipping center. Most orders not involving custom artwork replication will complete this 9 step process and be shipped out within 7 days of payment confirmation.
